This thermostat is an upgrade I should have done sooner. My 17 f350 Powerstroke runs so much cooler, coolant, trans and motor oil I’m still in awe.

I’ll advise further after I tow my travel trailer. I’m currently in Silverton, CO in the San Juans. Altitude here is ~9,318’ .
This will be interesting as our route requires crossing five 10,000’ passes.

This is the reason for the thermostat as the transmission temperatures rise into the mid to high 220f. Tlr weighs ~10,900 dry.
