The 2005 to 2024 Ford Super Duty chassis is a very stout one, with only a couple of common fail points; the cab mounts simply aren’t stout enough and they deteriorate fairly quickly, the same applies track bar bushings which can cause serious death wobble issues. Death wobble is a violent shaking of the front wheels left to right that can also be felt through the steering wheel. Death wobble causes a loss in control of the vehicle.
