It took awhile to arrive but was so easy to install after it arrived. It provides a clean look as well as easy to see and read. No longer have to have that insightly windshield mount that always bounced around. Would recommend to those who want a good look and stable device.

Super easy to install, 10 minutes tops. I did what someone else mentioned about throwing a couple layers of electrical tape around the outside edge for a tighter fit to avoid it rattling around.

Installs quickly once I found out how to remove the outer vent assembly. as some other reviews stated the mount is a little loose inside the housing but I was able to resolve that issue with 2 wraps of electrical tape around the mount ring. a quick razor around the edge to make the tape flush and the mount is super solid and will not wiggle, just be sure to line up your orientation before reassembly. overall a good product that won't drop your tuner on your lap going down the road.

Great idea on gauge mount. The only thing I would change is to r&d it so it could move left/right, up/down. Currently hard to see in daylight probably due to reflection from window. Otherwise great product. Thank you, Fred

I really like this product, the instructions are awesome and clear to comprehend. Only problem I had was removing the vent by means of the 4 tabs as they are a bit difficult to reach your hand in but with patience you can do it. I love not having it on the windshield anymore and just gives your truck that nice custom look Iād been looking for!

I had to use a little dot of rtv to keep it from wanting to rotate in my vent housing. Other than that i have no complaints. It looks pretty good also

Bought to replace stock mount, easy install and easy to read in the vent next to stereo. Originally installed in left hand vent but lots of glare made it hard to read, not SPE fault but something to note for inatall.

Easy to install. Love that it got it out of my windshield. Piece doesnāt ratchet around to hold in place like the vents do, but the cable holds to mini max in the position you pick.

Good product. Must cut honeycomb behind to ensure the hdmi will go thru. Once that is complete it is a flawless install.

I'm not the sharpest pencil in the box. It took me about 5 minutes and one You Tube video to figure how to take my vent out. Installed it and LOVE how it looks and works. I later went back and blocked out that Duct with some foam pad. Just to prevent condensation from developing and possibly shorting out the controller. I figure Better safe than sorry. Besides, I have 3 more across the dash to keep me cool. Ingenious ideal.

I like the way it looks. On downside it's a little loose when it was installed. After driving for a while it would turn and become crooked. I pulled it back apart and wrapped some electrical tape around it on both sides. Once I did that, it was good. Hasn't moved yet. Overall I'm pretty happy with it

This is a must have if you use the mini maxx tuner . It looks like it was made for the dash of my F-250 . No more windshield suction cup fall off junk . Easy to install and once fits like a glove . Thank You Team SPE for looking for nice upgrades to add to my truck .

The Mini Maxx vent mount is great. I was disappointed when it went on sale for less money and I asked if I could get the better price. I was basically told too bad. Even though it hadnāt even been shipped yet. But oh well, I guess I wonāt be needing any other parts for my 6.7.

Awesome product! Really makes a nice clean install for the mini maxx instead of the suction cup. Only downside I had was after snapping the chrome ring back on it was able so spin freely. I just added a couple drops of super glue to the back side to keep it from spinning.

I have never posted a review for anything I have ever purchased-NEVER. But, I had to write one for this simple, but awesomely effective, simple mod. 10 min install and you are good to go. If you have the mini-max and itās still suction cupped to the windshield do yourself a favor and spend the money for this part. You will be disappointed. Kudos to SPE for the fast delivery.

Great idea and location, but could have had a better execution. Screen has a lot more glare in this position and is hard to see with the screen not tilted toward the driver. Also, the SPE bracket is loose inside the vent and causes the screen to shift slightly off from straight when the truck hits larger bumps. A revised version with a slight angular shift toward the driver and a thicker bracket so it held tight inside the vent and the product would be perfect. That being said, I do still like it better than my dash mount that was held on with double sided tape.

Simplistic and well thought out, this is the best maxx mount that I have come across.
